IV. As stated in rule #3. Be ye pup or alpha of the clan,associated pack(s) or of an outside source, your chosen words and/or actions are held in account and therefore you hold full responsibility for all you say and do while in or out of lycan clan territory.

If you are of the combat class you are bound by loyalty to protect and safeguard the clan by all means as such you are strictly forbidden to speak of any and all military plans or operations including all other information to which may place the clan in danger. Unless called to speak of your work while in a council meeting that has the elder or ancient present as a witness.
VI. In accordance with rule #5. If upon travel you come across any outside of the clan be them of a pack, a different clan, or any other area or status you may only state your immediate business but are never to share your full mission to any unless requested by a council to which the elder/ancient is present.
VII. Let it be fully understood that no one outside of the council or the titles of elder or ancient hold the authority to change and/or dictate the laws.

XI. In accordance with rule #10 Should any from an outside source bound by existing contract or agreement of servitude join the lycan clan and desire freedom from their master/contract they are by joining the clan free from all preexisting bounds.

In connection with rules #10 & #11. let it be known any slave,pet or otherwise person(s) held by previous contract or agreement now joined to the lycan clan are by request freed as a result of their freedom by joining the clan NO master holds any power to dictate or otherwise command said person(s) while in or out of lycan clan jurisdiction and as such cannot make any demands of any kind to anyone including said person(s).
XIII. In conclusion to rules #10,#11 & #12. XV. In connection to rule #14. If only of a pack status the title of alpha is the highest authority to which unless upgraded to a clan status only then with the agreement of all present members and that of the pack council shall the title of elder be allowed in question.
XVI. To continue rule #15. If all members as well as the council has chosen a candidate to be considered of the title of elder the chosen individual must be granted said title of elder by agreement of the elders/ancients of the lycan clan, the vampiric covens, and the dragon lords.
XVII. Should one claim a title without consent by the council and all three original bloodline species their claim will not be recognized nor given respect of claimed title.

XXIV. In addition to rule #23. Should you disobey or fail to cooperate with an order even after explained you will be placed on trial for treason.
XXV. While in or out of lycan clan jurisdiction. You are to be polite and civil unless given reason to be rude to which this applies to both those of the clan and those not of the clan. Rudeness and/or Disrespect WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! should you or another disobey this you shall be told to seise and desist or if chosen to continue will be booted and temporarily if not permanently banned from the clan and it's rooms.
XXVI. Let it be understood should you choose to act or speak out against your authority or your pack/clan you will be tried by the council as a traitor and a threat to the pack/clans stability. By accordance of the rules you by doing this will have broken rules # 14 - #17 with the addition of rules #21 - #26 to a total of eight charges.
XXVII. In the matters conserning that of the treasury, all accounts both private as well as public are to be fully secure and may only be viewed by those whom own said account with the exception that a request to view the contents of that account(s) is made by that of an elder or ancient title.
XXVIII. In connection with rule # 27. conserning lycan clan funds, should an ally provide or require an ammount to which they insist on controbuting or rquire aid the total ammount given or taken is to be recourded so that a full refund will be given or recieved in their times of need.
XXIV. In addition to rules # 27 & # 28. Let it be known all controbutions or donations given to the clan are to be placed directly to the lycan clan growth account in the treasury to which will be spent on improovements to the clan.
XXX. Should a member of the clan or of a representitive pack be accused of wrong doing said person(s) will be tried to which should they refuse they claim guilt which by a council decision deturmain whether or not they will be outcasted and abandoned or be granted redemption by a continueation of investigation.
XXXI. In accordance to rule # 30. Should said person(s) deny the accusation a continuation of investigation will be placed into effect until all nessisary answers are reported and presented to the council.
XXXII. In consern to member disagreements or misunderstandings should said member(s) come to a misunderstanding or disagreement of any type of nature. Said member(s) hold the right to bring their conserns or problem to the alpha, the council, the elder or the ancient if presant to which will be discussed until a compromise is found.
XXXIII. In accordence to all rules. All must obey the laws while in lycan clan territory NO EXCEPTIONS! be ye of the clan or not while in lycan clan rooms you will obey the laws or will be banished perminately.
XXXIV. Partaining to all of the clan or not let it be understood your words and actions judge your level of respect given immaturity WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED! within reason.
XXXV. Let it be known when a title of alpha is to be given it must be granted by a majority vote of council as well as that of the pack members.
XXXVI. Let it be understood that should an ally to the clan or representitive pack(s) ever be threatened it is a threat to the clan to which the clan is at their assistance in supplies reinforcements and any other aid.
XXXVII. Let it be known should a member of the clan desire to leave they must request it of the elder or ancient to which they shall not be seen in disfavor.
XXXVIII. It shall be warned should any including inner family members cause any instability to the clan or associated pack(s) said person(s) shall be warned which upon continuing will be blocked.
XXXVIV. In the trading and selling of goods and services currency of money, gold, dimonds and emeralds are acceptable if not the fair exchange of items or supply.
XXXX. If of the council let it be reminded you are a speaker of the people for the people ergo you shall not judge or make rash desisions based apon selfish personal feelings should you act or speak by this you shall be removed from the council for a time until you are seen fit to return.
XXXXI. In regards to those of the common class do not let it be misunderstood you as the people make the future and change of the clan those of title merely place your thoughts and ideas into action if seen good for all the clan.
XXXXII.In adition to rule # 41. If of the common clas in charge of any work establishment be it a club, farm, mine ect. please keep a weekly attendance of employment so you and your workers may be compensated for your time spent.
XXXXIII. In the dealings of assassins or mercs. those who are captured by the clan will be tried by council to which information shall be obtained and if not judgement shall be done.
XXXXIV. In addition to rule # 43. Should our assassins be captured they are never to speak up to their death if nessisary.
XXXXV. In the evebt a member is taken hostage negotiations shall be attempted and should the situation call for it the member will be resqued by the syndicate.
XXXXVI. Let it be known in the event your physical condition becomes unstable you will be requested to be placed on a temporary leave until your condition be it mental or physical improoves back to a stable condition.
XXXXVII. Should a member desire to join an allied clan or pack upon speaking with the elder or ancient they shall be released without disfavor.
XXXXVIII. In connection with rule # 47. let it be added should a member outside of the clan desire to join they must recieve acceptance from their leader or by choise of leaving will be accepted or denied by the clan.
XXXXVIV. Should one of a alpha title desire to become a representitive pack to the clan they must request this of the elder or ancient.
XXXXX. In matters of estates let it be known should a member(s) own an estate belonging to the lycan clan, said member(s) hold full responsibility for all in the estate as well as its matters to which regardless of personal rules or changes are bound to folow the lycan clan laws.
