The few individuals chosen as elders have been with the clan for nearly 2 years minimum and have proven worthy to lead groups of members not only into debates in council but also on the battlefield and in the shadows elders are of the highest authority with the exception of the final title of ancient which only 3 are given so train hard and remain loyal and perhaps you may make this title and ancient.
